Draft entries included in category count

Minor detail: I noticed that when the "Show number of entries per category" option in the category plugin configuration is set to True, entries with a "Draft" status get counted as well.

On a related note, in Serendipity 1.2.1 I noticed that when the "Show number of entries per author" option in the author plugin configuration is set to True, entries with a "Draft" status get counted as well. To be precise, this happens with a new author who has only one article saved as a draft. He shouldn't even be in the author list of this sidebar plugin.

Hi Garvin,

Another small thing is that when an article is published and unpublished after a while the comment/reactions sidebar keeps showing comments linked to the unpublished article. Perhaps it woud be a good idea to make the sidebar plugin check if the comment is related to an unpublished article.
