Old entry shows when making new one

Well that about sums it up. When I chose to make a new entry in the place where I should be typing up my new one everything from the previous one shows up.

If I get rid of all of that and type up a new one I can't preview the entry or the old one shows up again.

What the heck is going on here?

While I can just delete the old stuff and then type up a new entry this is pretty annoying and I'd rather not have to deal with it. Thanks for your help

I cannot reproduce that on about any Install I've ever tried. Which browser are you using?

The only reason I see for this may be some mozilla extension which remembers the last input from you. The error must come from the browser, there's no way that Serendipity loads an entry when clickign on "New Entry". ...

I've had this happen myself. Doing a quick restart of apache always fixes it.

Other symptoms of what appear to the be same problem are: admin page doesnt completely load. No submit button. Repeatedly reload the page and it might completely load or not. If it does load, posts dont post, or the last post posts instead.
