Categories - question re: read rights & sidebar list
I've never really tried this before, but I just took a category (on my test site) and set both read and write access to just the admin level. That certainly eliminates the entries from being accessible, but I really think the category itself should not be shown in the sidebar list of categories for those who are not admins. Afterall, why show the category if entries under that category are not viewable to anyone other than admins. Is there an easy way to make this happen?

Hi!
The sidebar cateogry plugin can be set to get the "source" for "currently logged in user". Then you only see categories tow hich you have access.
Regards,
Garvin
