After I upload the files by FTP.

I has try to install it.
But when finished,I can not login.
Once login and press the admin pages,It will jump to login page.

Hi!
It seems as if your windows server does not have PHP sessions correctly setup in php.ini. Please check the session.* options, or ask your provider to check those. Serendipity needs to have PHP sessions enabled and working (using session.cookies).
