I'm trying to add image to an entry from the media library but I'm keep getting some kind of an error at the bottom of the IE.

Error: Object expected
Code: 0
what's wrong ?

Can you try with Firefox? It has more verbose JS errors.
Else we need more information:
1. Which s9y version are you using?
2. Which IE version are you using? Are you using any popup blockers?
3. Are you using the s9y WYSIWYG editor?
4. Are you sure you uploaded all files to the s9y installation? Especially the serendipity_editor.js file is important.
