I want to change this text. In which file can I do that? Thanks

That is a language file variable, which obviously has not been translated to dutch. You can change the the text in /lang/ for the appropriate language, and you should make the same revision to the /lang/utf-8 folder, saving that version in utf-8 format. However, if/when you update serendipity, those files will be overwritten. Best bet would be to make your modifications available to Garvin so he can save the dutch translation to the core!!

I can't find the text in the files /lang serendipity_lang_inc_en.php and serendipity_lang_inc_nl.php and in the UTF-8 folder I also can't find that specific line.

You need to change the lang files for the plugins serendipity_event_emoticate and serendipity_event_s9ymarkup
