Well im a new user to serendipity and i have it setup on an extra computer to play around with it. Anywise, i was playing around with adding users and such and realized that only the user created during the install process can publish entries? is this right or am i just doing something wrong? the new user is an administrator and is in the administrator group but still cant publis a new entry. also in the personal settings for the new user there is an option to have the default for a new entry be publish instead of draft but when the new user is creating an entry the only option is to save it as a draft, no option to change it to publish in the dropdown menu.
it seems odd that there is support for multiple user groups but only the one user can publish entries ... anywise, is this how it is suppose to work?

Re: serendipity admin users cant publish?
Hi!
When you add new users, you must configure them to have permissions to publish a new entry. Check all the options you specify when creating a user.

Garvin
