Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Cannot get to my admin page to login. Can still see blog front page and can login thru FTP. Logged out after last entry and now nothing.
This is the page its looking for and it is in my directory just doesnt show up
/index.php?/admin

try logging in using url/serednipity_admin.php
