German Translation Help Needed, Thanks

Hi all,

I've finished porting a template to Serendipity which I'll be releasing today, but before I do that, I need some help with language files.

This is what I need translated into German,

Name to appear next to copyright symbol in footer
Enable advertising under header
Code for advertising under header
Enable advertising inside extended entry
Code for advertising inside extended entry

HOWEVER, for clarity, I suggest to remove the option "Enabled advertising", and only offer the input textarea for the code. If its left empty, the advertisement can be automatically disabled. This removes the overload from the config screen.
