Problem Installing Text-Link-Ads Refferal Code

Hi,

It seems that TLA has been changed their refferal code. I've paste their code but it didn't display any link or banner.

This is their refferal code :

I've a refferal code from Google Adsense and the banner displayed without problem.

Is there any misplaced or is there any plugins to display TLA Refferal code ?

Note :
- I just want to display TLA refferal code, not their ads.
- Both TLA refferal code and Google Adsense refferal code using java script
- Previous TLA refferal code working nice but it has been expired...
- I used HTML form entry to paste the code
- Testing URL : http://www.vavai.com/adsense/index.php? ... ogger.html
