Problem with serendipity_event_google_sitemap

Post by imperator »

Hi,
i have a problem with serendipity_event_google_sitemap.
I have uploaded the file and installed it from the control panel; all go fine but the script doesn't work.

The plugin hasn't created any sitemap on the main directory.

I have disable the gz compression.

Who can help me?

Hi!

Did you save a new entry? the sitemap only gets created after you publish an entry.

Hi!

When you publish an entry, do you get any output like "Creating sitemap..."? If you do not receive that, then the sitemap plugin is not actively installed. Are you really sure that it is listed in your event plugin list?

Maybe you can make a screenshot of when you publish an entry and of the sitemap's configuration screen?

Garvin

Hi!

Try to create a empty sitemap.xml file in your s9y directory and give it 777 CHMOD privileges.
