Hi!
You can remove the "spamblock" event plugin which is there to make verifications. Without that plugin, no verifications are made.
Go to the plugin management, check the box next to the spamblock plugin and then click on "delete checked plugins" at the end of the page.

What event plugins do you have installed? There might be another plugin causing the issue.
Personally, I do not understand why you would want to allow all comments through without verifying at least a few. My site gets at least 50 spam comments per day according to the spam log. At this point I only get about 1 per week that I have to go in and manually delete. Thus far I do not know of one false positive in the anti-comment spam plugins that I use.
