Hi !!

I am trying to install s9y in my server with apache.

But I am having same problem all the time..

- DIRECTORY_NON_EXISTANT
Directory http://www....../archives does not exist and could not be created. Please manually create the directory

I did created the archives manually but still it is giving same error.

Pls help me to solve this problem and use s9y ....

You need to make sure that the exact folder mentioned exists and that it has 777 permissions!

I have put in the correct folder with chmod 777.

but same error pop ups everytime.....

Pls help me to use serendipty...

Are you installing Serendipty 0.8-beta4? If not, try that release.

If that does not help, I will need FTP access to your site so I can look at it (mail the account data privately to me)

same problem

Installing Serendipty 0.8-beta4 I've got the same problem, when i use mod_rewriting. When I switch to rewrite off, everything works fine, but I would like to use rewriting. Any hint?
