excluded from google index

I just an e-mail from google that one of my websites is excluded from the index because of illegal SEO practices. part of the email (sorry in German):
Wir haben auf Ihren Seiten insbesondere die Verwendung folgender
Techniken
festgestellt:
*Seiten wie z. B. pixelmagie.com, die zu Seiten wie z. B.
http://www.pixelmagie.com/index.htm mit Hilfe eines Redirects
weiterleiten, der nicht mit unseren Richtlinien konform ist.

I have no idea how this could happen.
I havent done anything to the template. I have added static pages, but dont see how that could be a problem.

Does anyone have an idea what to do about it?

It was a hoax.
I checked with Goolgle webmastertools and the site is fine.

I was fooled, cause there were no attachments and the links were "real" links to the Google websites.
So, I have no idea was the point of this should be...
