No icons on my templates

There are no (diskette) icons on my list of template options, so I am unable to selct a new template.

Also, I suddenly have the following showing up just above the list of templates:

Trying to open URL package_template.xml...

Hi!

The extra output happens because you have the Spartacus plugin installed.

Do you still see the template screenshots, but only missing the icons?

Well now that I have cleaned out my cache I am no longer having problems with the Icons.

No my problem is with the templates that have to be downloaded. For some reason I cant get the write permisssions to stick on my directories. I can change them using wise ftp but they change right back as soon as i close the window. Any ideas on that?

Hi!

Do you mean you change the permissions on WiseFTP, then you close WiseFTP and restart it, and the permissiosn are reset?

This would mean that your provider/server resets them and you might need to talk to your server admin? Maybe the FTP permission change does not get applied and WiseFTP doesn'T properly report that. Maybe you can try a different FTP client?
