Installing Side Plugins?

Okay, first off... I'm very new to this type of thing. Never had I before ventured into this. So I recently set up my blog at my website:

blog.shadowgalleryonline.net

I'm currently looking for a way to put most visited links on my blog, and I found a side plugin for this. Now I'm trying to figure out how to install it.

Could someone explain how to do this?
