New Template finished - Terrafirma

I've ported Terrafirma, the template of NodeThirtyThree to serendipity.
You can activate, deactivate and configure the about box in the sidebar and of course you can add and configure the navigation in the header - all via the template options. You can change the image in the about box by editing the user.jpg in the /img folder or delete it inside the index.tpl.

Yes Garvin, you can add it to Spartacus :-)

Very great. :)

Linefeeds were a bit messed up in the config.inc.php file but I didn't care to change that before it went into spartacus :)
