I think the Creative Commons Plugin needs an update. It just points to CC1.0 but in fact there are severeal different licences in CC, so maybe you should be able to choose which one you are refering to. Also it would be good to be able to add some text to it.
Of course everything can be done by using a HTML nugget, but then this plugin is useless.
