custom fields for admin only

I want to make my custom fields only display for admin in admin-section.
Custom fields should not be displayed for co-authors.
Is this possible in any way?

The problem is:
In Wysiwyg-Mode every single custom field also appears with full icon-sets. Is it possible to switch this off? (I got 10 custom fields and wysiwyg slows down performance of the admin-input-form while loading 12 icon-sets.)
I'm not using wysiwyg in admin-mode, but my co-authors do and I don't want them to see custom-fields.
