We need help adapting the Beautiful Day code

Post by yellowled »

Hey guys,

Abdussamad has pulled off a great new feature in this Beautiful Day template - being able to use any image from the media database as a header image for a template. We'd love to use that particular feature in the bulletproof template Dave, Don and I have been working on. However, neither of us is a coder, so we're having a problem here. Unfortunately, Abdussamad seems to be missing in action, so if anybody could help us out, we'd promise you our first borns or something (I don't think Dave and Don would be okay with this, so don't count on it too much )

Here's what we need: Someone with PHP and Javascript knowledge who can help us solve these problems. (I hope this link points to the right post. If it doesn't, PM me.)

I understand PHP, and I can copy-and-paste Javascript. I once specialized in redesign and simplification of old code (porting). I now specialize in portable, reusable design. I can't find the Beautiful Day template, though. Care to link to it?

Note: this is not a promise or offer to help. I barely have enough time to breathe, and I still need to get my voice acting lines in. But I'll give it a look.
