Problem applying a theme..

Post by ephron »

Not sure if this exactly where i should post this... but it's all i could see relating to my problem.

I'm trying to set my blog page to use a different theme... and everytime i click the button that says set template... it says that my active template was set to what i wanted it... but it never does anything... just stays the same basic template... ive tried almost all the templates in there, and ive downloaded others and none of them work. The instructions posted on this website are either outdated, or my site is serioulsly lacking some radial buttons, because all i can do is click the button that says set as template.

any suggestions?

Hi there

have you got the template dropdown sidebar plugin enabled? If so your blog will retain the information set in the dropdown and ignore the change you made in manage styles.

Hi!

You also might need to reload/purge your browsers cache after switching a theme, because your browser might still cache the old one.
