New banner on load (3 image rotation)

Does anyone know how to code a banner rotation on load? I know how to do it in HTML, but I have no clue where to place it given all of the files of these templates. I imagine it would go in the style.css, but where and how?

I'm using the mt-trendy template.

We've got a banner image plugin that can load a random banner on each page load. Just install it (either through SPARTACUS or by downloading it from the above link and copying it to your plugins/ directory) and specify the directory with the banners you want.

I've uploaded it in my plugins folder but haven't a clue what to do next. There's no instruction file in that folder nor on the download page.

Okay, that seriously couldn't be any easier. I was dragging the files into my server via ftp and then looking in the code trying to figure it out. Why didn't I know about this feature through my admin panel??
