s9y installed by my host.
A set of core event plugins were included as installed with 5 active and about 12+ not active, standard I suppose.
I cannot use the install new events link to add more of the event plugins. When I try, none show up. Also I added a new event plugin by upload and it also does not appear.
The sidebar plugins appear to be behaving normally.
Is there a quick fix for this problem?

Re: event plugin problem
Hi!
If you use that link, do you get a blank/empty page? If so, this is usually caused by PHP parse errors, where you need to check the server's and PHP error logs or ask your provider to inspect those for you?
Another reason might be, if you have the Spartacus plugin installed that this moves beyond your memory limit. If you have that plugin installed, try to remove it.
HTH,
Garvin

thanks for the reply.
I get a normal page, but no event items are shown for install. Note that the install works properly for plugins that are not the event type.
Spartacus exists in the folder, but it like all others will not show for install.
I removed one event, and it also does not show for install after removal.
I am no where near my memory allocation.

Hi!
Also a page with no plugins at all lead to PHP parse/memory_limit errors - can you please check the logs or ask your provider to do that?
The event plugin page listing can easily take up 12-13MB of RAM, depending on the amount of installed plugins.
Best regards,
Garvin
