Preferred language not displayed in administration page

Hi,

I think I've found a little bug with the language on administration page.

The admin has set his language to English -> after login the administration page is in English. That's correct.

The admin logs out and a second user logs in. This user has got German set as his preferred language.

But the administrative page is still in English. However after selecting one of the entries of the menu the language changes to German.

Perhaps you can comment on this issue?

You're right, this is a bug. Can you maybe fill it in our SF.Net bugtracker so I'll take care of it
