"Error: Entries were not successfully inserted!"

I'm occasionally getting the error "Error: Entries were not successfully inserted!" when trying to post an entry to by Serendipity weblog. It'll come and go over the course of a few days. I don't expect anyone can magically tell me what is wrong from that. Rather, I'm wondering, where do I look to debug this and figure things out?

Gee. I finally get around to posting a question about it, and 30 seconds later I have the sudden flash of insight necessary to fix it myself. Oh well. Problem solved.
