I am using the WYSIWYG edit and clicking on the "Manage Images" button to include an image in a New Entry.
The image appears in the editing box, but after clicking on save, it has disappeared.
Anyone have any thoughts as to why this is happening?
The images have been uploaded and thumbnails created. They have single word filenames and lower-case jpg extensions.

Re: Images diappearing from New Entries
Hi!
Sadly it seems that on some browsers the WYSIWYG editor strips an image if it appears as the first thing of an entry. It seems to be a bug of the bundled WYSIWYG component that I was not able to fix.
However if you write anything before the first image, it should not disappear.
I'd still love to get help on this issue, because I'm lost at why the editor does that
Best regards,
Garvin

Thanks for you quick reply.
I tested with some text before the image and it works fine.
I'm using Firefox 2 - Later I shall try the editor with some other browsers.
Best regards,
Anthony
