change the server time in the post

Hi,

I have my homepage in a USA server and I live in Spain. When I pu a new post if I change the hour of the post it doesn´t appear, but I want that in the post appear my local time.

There is any possibilty to do this?

This is quite possible in 0.8, but I don't think it made it in to 0.7. In 0.8 (currently in development), it's in the configuration section.
