plugin for downloading files?

Hi guys,
Does anyone know if there is a plugin to faciliate the downloading of files? Currently i have a static page with links to it, but seeing i need to provide more then just a few files, it would be maybe a bit nicer if there were some nice download plugin for that.

To clarify, i want to offer files to people, so they can download from the website. I saw downloadmanager but i think that's some internal plugin for spartacus yes?

Alef, if I understand you correctly, the downloadmanager plugin is exactly the plugin you are looking for.

Really? don't i feel stupid now

i thought it was something completely different. I'll guess i'd better check it out first before coming to an conclusion in the future.
