Stream Audio?

Post by DMotel »

When I have video on You Tube or Google Video, I copy the code and paste it into my serendipity blog entry. It is GREAT.

Is there a site like Google video but for AUDIO that would host my audio file and then give me code that I could paste into my blog that provides a player and then streams my audio file?

Thanks

Hmm I can't make heads or tails out from this site. Have no idea what they offer or how to get it. Thanks for trying to help though :-)

Ah. I revisited, and apparently they've turned it into a pay service. Perhaps I was just too tired to notice the first time.

In that case, I don't know of any YouTube audio-style service. However, you could upload a Flash-based player (such as the XSPF player, among others), to your website, then embed it into a post using the <embed> or <object> tags. It works on my site.
