I need to add the link to the web page from the login page and in the top banner of the blog?

Hi!

You can find the backend login code in serendipity_admin.php. Search for "PLEASE_ENTER_CREDENTIALS".

You can find the top banner code in the "index.tpl" file of your selected template in the /templates/ directory. If your template does not have that file, copy it from /templates/default/.
