Open administration link

In my main screen of the blog, I've the section:
Blog Administration with the link:
Open administration

This link redirects me to the:
https://159.23.98.66/serendipity/index.php?/admin

that I don't know why but doesn't work.
I usually use the http://159.23.98.66/serendipity/serendipity_admin.php
url.

Could this problem in the link be solved?

You should turn on the rewrite engine of your webserver in the Configuration.

Excuse me, perhaps I am overload with all new tools that are new for me...
I don't understand what you mean with:

Must I modify the httpd.conf file?
Must I modify the Administration-Configuration Menu in the Serendipity Administration Suite?
or perhaps anything that I don't know...

It's in your Serendipity Configuration.

But "/index.php?/something" should always work...

I've uninstalled an reinstalled again the "Blog Administration" plugin and the problem has been solved.
