"Configure Plugins" screen in 1.1

On the new plugins screen in version 1.1, there is no longer a dropdown list to configure the display of sidebar plugins (left, right, hidden). I also didn't see a way to change the status of event plugins between active and inactive.

All I saw, in both cases, was just a dropdown with a list of authors.

I tried this with three different browsers, but I must be missing something right in front of my eyes.

try to "move" the plugins with drag&drop to the choosen column, and there should be a "inactive column", too.

Which of course only works if Javascript is activated in the browser you're using. (But there's a message saying exactly that in the plugin config.)
