Some improvements for Serendipity

I was tuning my s9y, and found some little problems. I hope they can be fixed.

- When deleting a category, you can't see which category you're deleting. I think there should be a message like: "You're going to remove the category %s. Move entries in this category to category:".
- Some problems in the Dutch language file (I'll give the good translation):

There are some more, but I can't find them yet.
- A very ugly error in the Dutch language file:
The word "bijdrageen" must be "bijdragen" (1 e, not 2)
