polish package list for spartacus

i saw that package_*_pl.xml doesn't exists. for any other language it is, but not for polish. is any way to fix it? could you make that file?

Thanks a lot, a good catch. I added that file to the next upload cycle for tomorrow, then the translated plugnis will show up!
