Visibility of the Blog

Hi,
I have installed Serendipity successfully in
www.mydomain.com/serendipity/ ...

It is my intention to publish the blog under
www.mydomain.com ... but how ?

I'ld be very pleased for any advise !

Hi,

I can see the mainpage of the blog under www.mydomain.com/serendipity/

Is .htaccess the right way for redirect access from www.mydomain.com to www.mydomain.com/serendipity/ ?

In my experience, I moved all of my files to my root folder and then changed values in my SQL database (under serendipity_config) to reflect that serendipity was located in the root folder. Then I also changed the directory to show the root folder in my .htaccess file.

It may sound harder than it looks, but I am willing to help you step by step if needed.
