RSS feeds for categories

I'm sure this is already posted, and I'd hate to double post something, but truth be told I could not find it after searching for a while. I would like to be able to pull an RSS feed for one user or one category. I don't know if I can do that with a string query or what? Anything that could help me along would be great. sorry, that isn't working for me. Is there a plugin I need?
here is my RSS feed:
http://actionsportsgroup.net/blog/snow/ ... =2.0&all=1

and I have a category called "industrynews" I cannot seem to get it to display

you did not use "pretty urls"?

Try config / "Use Apache mod_rewrite"

Hi!

Just install the "categories" sidebar plugin, then you see all rss links.

They are like this:

http://actionsportsgroup.net/blog/snow/ ... ersion=2.0
