XHTML Plugin compliance: Pear Weather

Hi,

I found another Plugin that does not validate for the right XHTML output (non UTF):

The Pear Weather Plugin version 1.1 gives strange characters:

Temperature:
15 �C
Feels Like:
14.44 �C

:shock:

Given our lengthy discussion from some time ago: maybe someone can fix this? :D

Hi!

Can you try replacing the '°' character with ° in your serendipity_plugin_weather.php file? If it works, I'll committ that fix!
