The Internet Explorer only rarely displays PNG images, like
a) the S9Y Logo below "Powered by" in the bottom right corner on my blog.
b) The Social Bookmarking icons below each post.
Sometimes they are shown, but usually they aren't. Try it out:

If those PNG images are shown, then press F5 to reload once or twice. Then they are definitely gone.
Sometimes I saw the error message: "Access is denied to http://atlanticreview.org/plugin/pngbehaviour.htc"
I don't see such a plugin in my "Event Plugins". Also not at Spartacus.
Never any problem with Firefox. However, many people still use IE.
I would appreciate your help. Thank you!
PNG Plugin?

Re: PNG Plugin?
Hi!
That behaviour file comes from the "Browser compatibility" plugin. The error notice can happen if you do not use a canonical URL:
http://atlanticreview.org/archives/434-guide.html != http://www.atlanticreview.org/archives/434-guide.html
If you use both URLs, but did not enable the "Autodetect HTTP Host" s9y config option, you will get errors like them...
It sometimes can simply take time until the IE displays the images, because it reacts to an onload event that can only happen once the page is fully loaded. Possible graphical counters or others script might interfere so that loading could take long...
HTH,
Garvin

Thanks Garvin,
"Autodetect HTTP Host" was indeed switched off. I changed that, but the problem continues.
I have emptied my cache and opened my page again. First I saw the png pictures, but when I refreshed the page or opened another page, they were gone again. And did not come back
It is not a matter of time. Those PNG pics just don't load in IE.
Yes, there is javascript for a counter above the S9Y logo and there is an adsense script a few lines below the social bookmarking icons.
I guess, I have to replace them with pictures in another format.
