Can't Code RSS Feed Buttons

My website designer has been trying to code the following RSS feed buttons for over a month and having difficulty. How can we load these buttons so my blog readers can subscribe?

You could install a sidebar HTML nugget and handcode the HTML, or perhaps the Webpasties plugin might help.
