Hi there!
I've been notified when I receive trackbacks and although I've clicked on the link to delete the trackbacks they are still there. Most of the trackbacks are SPAM from gaming & poker type companies which I can't even tell to stop spamming me. How can I delete trackbacks without hurting my SEO?

Step 1 will be to prevent this from happening again. Go to your admin screen -> Configure Plugins. Move the Spam Protector to the top of the list, then click its name to see its configuration options. Now find the "Check Trackback URLs" option and set it to "Yes". Also find "How to treat comments made via APIs" and set it to "moderate" or "reject" (depending on whether you get any legitimate trackbacks).
Step 2 would be to help delete the trackbacks, but since I've never received any
, I don't even know about the link you mentioned. If pressed, I'd use phpMyAdmin to examine the database and manually delete the trackbacks.

Tracey,
That probably means you're not an administrator any more. To change the plugins or blog configuration, you need to be part of the administrator group; otherwise you only see the entry and personal preferences links.
Try logging on as the blog administrator. If you don't have an administrator any more, I think you'll have to modify your database to add yourself to the admin group.
