Ok. This shouldn't be this difficult. I posted a few days ago that I couldn't get any of the plugins from the Serendipity site to upload. Someone said set my spartacus configurations differently. I couldn't find the spartacus configurations. Someone said - go to Configure Plugins, click on spartacus and then you can change the configuration.
My admin says that spartacus is installed, but it's not a clickable link on my Configure Plugins page.
Now what?

I don't know what version I am using 
I just set it up about a week ago though.
If I manually upload, can I use Dreamweaver? Or do I need to use Filezilla?
And, it seems like I tried uploading via FTP last week and I don't know where to find the files. That makes sense huh.
There are so many files in the serendipity folder that I'm not sure what I'm looking at. Even though I tried the manual upload I'm thinking it didn't work since the plugins don't show up in my plugins.
But I am happy to try again.
