new HTML tag in Editor

how can I add an extra HTML tag in the editor...

example: next to B I U .... i want to have let's say DEL [<del> ... </del>] or embed...

i need this for using an mp3-player and i want to insert the code by pressing a button in my editor, and not by copy/paste...

Perhaps LordCoffee can help. He was trying to add a button in this thread.
