Where do I set my spartacus configurations? I looked in the configuration area in the admin. I saw lots of paths and database links, but I didn't see anything specifically saying "spartacus settings".

Go to your Event Plugins list, and if it is installed, you will find Spartacus there. Click on the Spartacus link and it will take you to a new screen where you can configure the options for Spartacus.
