Hello, about hosting weblogs

I would like to host weblogs on my server, i run actually some blogs, with an older version of serendipity.

I would like to know if there is a system to install quickly a blog, for example a visitor who wants a blog, he just create it online, on a main website... and some seconds after, he got his blog

Is it possible to do this, and where i can found some help ?

Actually the installation of Serendipity is already quite easy - but there is no such thing yet. Jannis is working on something like that, but it is always very specific to the webserver and its setup being used....
