error comming from newhere??

hi!
i suddenly have an error when i try to load my blog:

Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "" in /blog/bundled-libs/Smarty/libs/Smarty.class.php on line 1088



i didnt change anything!!
it worked very well till now

i can acess the administration page, but the css and the pictures are missing

also when i try to load the style page, i get errors


edit: i tried to change de language to english so i can show you the errors, but it told me i had to change the map chmod to 770, i did it but doesnt change anything
he also says he cant open/write serendipity_config_local.inc.php (which is there and 700)

Hi!

Check your file permissions, your webserver does not seem to have read privileges anymore.

Also ask your provider if they changed path locations maybe.
