Maybe it's not a bug... but it's some kind of problem here.
There is no package_sidebar_pl.xml and package_event_pl.xml files on the server, so I can't use spartacus for plugins.
Can you check it please ?

Yes, this is true. I don't know why though, because polish has been in the repository for some time.
As Spartaucs is currently not updateable (see the 'announcement' forums) I can't change it at the moment. But it should work again sometime later this week.
