Is it posible to set a diferent template for each user?
It would be a very interesting feature.

there is a sidebar plugin called "serendipity_plugin_templatedropdown" (Template dropdown), which allows the user to choose any theme you have installed.

You can install the template selector so that users can choose their own templates!

If you mean to have a different template used for the "Entries by Author" feature, that is harder. Using the category-templates plugin you can assign a distinct template for each category, but this is not available for the Author-view yet. You could circumvent that by creating specific categories for each user, though?
