Categories sorting - how?

Hello!

Sorry, if this question has been already discussed, but I wasn't able to find answers.

I would like to know, if there is way to sort categories. Here's what I mean:

For example, I have four, six or ten categories already created. Later, I would like to change the places of some of them. Is there way or do you plan to insert such an option for categories as the one in Plugins sections. It would be great if we can move different or new categories up and down with single click.

Again: Sorry, if there is already such an option, or discussion about this and sorry for my english, if it's not good. :oops:

Hi!

Support for sorting categories has been on our wishlist for 3 years, so I hope some developer might come around to implement that. It definitely is planned. *g*

The only other way of customizing the sort order is by creating a manual HTML nugget, or to sort the categories bei their ID/Creation date....

Thank you very much for the fast answer! Well, I'll think before create categories and I hope that the implementation will be reality soon! :)
