Update from 0.5 to 0.7.1 -> Media Library doesn't work

Hello Jannis and all the others,

First of all, I want to say "thank you" for this piece of really nice soft. I'm using it for about a year now without any troubles.

I updated my three installations to current 0.7.1 and everything works fine. Except the Media Library: It seems to show all files from the installation subdirs, so that it's quite unusable
However, if I upload files or create subdirs, they show up in the correct directory.

Any solutions or hints?

Can you make a screenshot? The media library should only display what's inside the serendipity_images DB table, and no other files. You may need to clean up that serendipity_images table if files are in there which don't belong htere?

Thanks for your quick reply. Problem solved!

You were right, there are lots of (2400+) new entries in the _images table, which don't belong there and I deleted. But its still messed up: Thumbnail images are shown, there's no preview and the paths are incorrect (the link directs to xxx/upload/upload/_filename_).
I tried to empty the "path" row in the _images table and deleted the thumbnails. After rebuilding the thumbails everything is OK.

It seems that the update script confused something. But now it works again!
