user statistic plugin?

does such a plugin exist? i want to show on my page how many users are online...

This has been recently committed as a sidebar plugin serendipity_plugin_statistics to the current 1.0-alpha nightlies.

Hey guys, sry to bother you again ;D

I'd love to have this statistics plugin working but it only shows how many entries i have and how many comments... but not how many users visted my blog or how many are currently online, although i activated these options in the plugin's menu

so what do i do wrong?
